Questions
Frequently asked questions
How do I claim my facility?
Search for your facility on Ulseter, then request to manage its listing as an authorized representative. Claims are reviewed before any management access is granted.
Does claiming my facility improve ranking?
No. Provider participation does not influence ranking. A comparison is ordered using the evidence recorded for each option, never by whether a facility has been claimed.
Can I update provider information?
Yes. Once your claim is approved, you can submit updated cost, availability, and service information. Submissions are reviewed before they appear publicly, they don't publish automatically.
How do patient requests work?
A patient can send a Request Care enquiry for your facility. It appears in your request inbox along with the patient's verified contact email, and you manage and respond to it from there. There is no guarantee of how many, if any, patients will send a request.
Is Ulseter a booking platform?
No. Request Care is not an appointment booking service and does not guarantee an outcome. It lets a patient ask to be contacted; what happens next is arranged directly between the patient and the provider.
What information can providers manage?
Authorized representatives can submit cost, availability, and service details for review. Identity and location facts, and information supplied by other sources, remain subject to Ulseter's own verification process.
